Email PDF Attachments
Are there any PDF attachments we can use to send to prospects (file size under 2MB). For example, a one pager about your services.
Email Setup
Personalised email addresses allow our team to appear as though they are completely integrated into your organisation. It also allows our team to access internal calendars of those appointments are being booked for, so we can schedule appointments at appropriate times.
Setup Process
- We recommend remote access through Outlook Webmail – if you are using Gmail-based email this also works well.
- Create individual email addresses for each account manager as well as the generic email address, below, styled according to your company email addresses:
- Set all email addresses to send a copy all incoming mail to clientmail@leadexpress.com.au
- Add calendars of those attending appointments where applicable.
- Set up email signature for each account
- Provide Lead Express with webmail URL. eg. Outlook.com or Gmail.com
- Please also provide the following details so that emails can be setup in our system. Providing these details allows us to improve deliverability.

We work with many clients who have varying degrees of email setup requirements, if your IT team is unable to set up email accounts under your company domain, we can purchase a domain on your behalf and have our IT team set these up for you.
